Anita is an experienced Human Resources Executive, serving over 27 years with Rock Valley Credit Union in various roles from Branch Manager to most recently, Vice President Member Experience. Most notably, she was responsible for technology-driven change management initiatives throughout the organization. Recognized by leadership, peers, and subordinates as an adaptive team player, she also served as Vice President of Human Resources, advancing the organization in recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and strategic organizational development.
